Theo has a green thumb.

 So overall, everything is doing well. The cilantro has been neglected and is on its way to serving as coriander instead. Whatever. The chives have been cut back a few times. I need to learn more ways to use them in my cooking. The eggplant hasn't changed much, maybe looks a little bigger than before. As for those basil seedlings, I took a chance and tried to separate them. Some of them did not do well after the separation, but others still managed to thrive. I think the difference was the soil. Miracle Gro really does work.

Theo helps me take good care of the garden. I do have to watch him around the plants though, especially when he gets it in his mind that he's going to prune and weed just like his mom. He has already pulled up a few onions and basil seedlings. It's okay though, we have too many. He is really excited to show off the garden. He points to the tomato blossoms and says, "These are going to grow up to be tomatoes." He points to the sunflower plants and says, "Look at the sunflowers, they came up. They're going to grow up to be corn."
